Currently if you want to add a bunch of domains to your SimplePolicy MRF (e.g. a large blocklist of bigots), you either need to do database magic to input all of those domains in bulk, add them one-by-one by hand, or use some private script/tool a select few admins on fediverse know about.
This is highly cumbersome especially if you're a new instance and you need to start off with a common blocklist of bad instances.

There needs to be a user-facing way in admin-fe to manage these kinds of things in bulk.
