I tried updating the deps and webpack but I can't lol... so for now just accept the hacky workaround for the webpack 4, node, and openssl issue.

This seems to work fine on my instance, specifically the secure and samesite=strict cookies. Auth cookies to an admin control panel should have high security when possible.

pleroma|pleromafe -> akkoma|akkomafe

And add a code of conduct like the other repos :)
