I cannot find the setting anywhere. I think I remember it being on the Frontend tab, and when I search for 'avatar' in the search bar and click on the result for setting the default avatar, it brings me to the top of the Frontend tab's page, but with no default-avatar-setting in sight on that tab or any other tab.

hm yeah it's in the description.exs but isn't being rendered on the fe, that's unusual
