Changing it to a biohazard icon to be consistent with Misskey might be a good idea. I think it also adequately conveys that it's "quarantined" from federating.

Also, on Disqordia I've changed the locale to say that only your instance can see it. Currently it just says it won't federate which seems a bit confusing.

If you like these changes, I'll throw a PR
