When at the top of the page the emoji picker is not viewable

Also, the sticker picker UI for emojis is very confusing, I couldn't even tell at first that this was the list of emoji packs, can we get a vertical text list in the view window when no pack is selected? -- Or, at the very least, ~~any~~ type of visual indicator that the single line menu is the emoji pack menu, like even just "Emoji packs:". Having it be icon only with no other indicator is very odd.

This is on develop in the screens

Managed to replicate the issue by increasing the size of the nav from 3.5rem to 4rem.

Up to you if confirmed fixed, I'm using the code change I let you know about, of not using the popup for this form, so I can't test and prefer my change

I would still advise the "Emoji Packs" header is a necessary change, I can send

Haven't tested the relative thingy.

But I have mixed feelings about the header, since the original issue with the placing comes from it being too tall. Would this also include the header for stickers? If so, it would make it even taller 🥴
