when a user recieves a notification for a reply, they get a push notification with the content of the reply

however, we have the concept of "CW"d posts - these are likely politics/NSFW/etcetc, and are probbaly CW'd for a reason, you don't really want NSFW text popping up in the corner of your screen

the push notification should probably respect this and only show the CW by default - this can probably be a user config option though
