Opening the emoji picker from the Notifications column

What did you expect to happen?

The emoji picker to not go behind the middle column, therefore to be fully visible

What actually happened?

I'm on a 1080p 16:9 screen actually

It also happens when I have a browser width so low only two columns are used, but this time it's the window's border that's cutting part of the emoji picket

ok it was a situation i didn't test

emojo picker in a reply in a notification

d00e28d5e9 should fix this

by fix i mean
it's not great
but it works
for adequately low values of working
