Open emoji picker

What did you expect to happen?

Emoji picker should popup perfectly

What actually happened?

Emoji picker popup with broken layout (it just cut off by half)

Severity

I cannot use it as easily as I'd like

I have double-checked and have not found this issue mentioned anywhere.
