Restores the width css for emojis because some browsers(in my case qutebrowser) displayed regular emojis with long blank space on the sides(first attachment, username). Restoring the width broke MFM resizing so I added width auto to the status body css. Second attachment is the result of this commit. There is likely a better solution, this is just what worked for my instance.
