If a light theme chooser is implemented later, I wish Paper is used for its default. With these tweaks it's the easiest one for my eyes out of all light themes available in Akkoma.

What I mean by fixing the setting tab hover is that this theme uses a fixed-size shadow for coloring hovered buttons. However, buttons can have different sizes, and it looks buggy. I make a raised shadow instead.
