What were you trying to do?

Trying to horizontally scroll the emoji picker tabs doesn't make it scroll, while scrolling vertically works fine. It's not a big deal but it's annoying for touchpad users, and it looks odd. It does work on mobile though.

What did you expect to happen?

The horizontal tab bar in emoji picker to scroll with horizontal scroll and not vertical

What actually happened?

Tab bar needs you to scroll vertically, while visually it scrolls horizontally
