The idea

a toggle to hide posts that don't contain alt text on their attatchements from the timeline

The reasoning

This would be helpful for those with screenreaders (or those that don't want to see posts without alt at all) so that they don't encounter posts that they might not really understand

I have double-checked and have not found this feature request mentioned anywhere.
This feature is related to the pleroma-fe Akkoma frontend specifically, and not the backend.
