is there any way to set a limit on the number of local and remote attachments per post, a la the character limit settings? if not, i feel that there probably should be

mastodon limits posts to four attachments, and, while i absolutely do not think other fedi software should be bound by mastodon's arbitrary restrictions, some instances may wish to enforce a limit to ensure proper federation

there's likely also some abuse potential with unlimited attachments coming from remote servers
