I have a few users on two different instances experiencing this problem when they login Akkoma using PleromaFE.

Error fetching notifications: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'hasOwnProperty')

Update:

Looks like notifications can be seen with Mastodon-FE.Just not PleromaFE. Not sure if this is purely a back-end or FE issue

Any way to fix this?

Created AkkomaGang/akkoma-fe#276 just in case this is only a FE issue

[bug] ok, just found something interesting about this notification bug. It is a Pleroma front-end bug because notifications work fine with the alternative web interface https://detroitriotcity.com/web https://80percent.social/web #276

i can’t reproduce (on akkoma-fe) and since OP deleted their account there’s no way to get more info on how this happened either. Meaning there’s nothing we could possibly do
