known issue, putting it on here for other people to see
currently the notifications on pleroma-fe show user reacted with :emoji: instead of rendering the custom emoji
this seems like it requires additional backend changes, since the emoji picker contains both reaction.name and reaction.url while the notification contains only notification.emoji
