this sounds an awful lot like a connection was broken off mid-stream for some reason - is it only this image, or does this happen from time to time?
It happens quite often. I get about 400+ lines like this per day, and pretty much the only errors I have from Akkoma these days.
An user here suspects that it might be a GoToSocial moment but I'm just wondering if it's not just instances struggling to handle the sudden load from everyone trying to yoink their media
it's quite possibly that - if the remote system crashes mid-serve it might end up causing that - is there a common set of instances that it happens with? if so your hunch may be correct
I haven't noticed a pattern with instances yet. I'll keep an eye for it.
According to the logs it happens about 3~6 times per day so we'll see
