The idea

It would be great to be able to add OpenID connect integration within Akkoma, that is add our own OpenID/OAuth server and connect it to Akkoma so that we can login with it.

There would need to be a feature to link OpenID accounts to regular accounts, I believe a part of the work is already inside Pleroma but was never finished.

The reasoning

This would be useful for managed instances and people who would like to have a cleaner login experience

I have double-checked and have not found this feature request mentioned anywhere.
