Reboot instance from Instance page after making changes by clicking the suggested Reboot Instance button

What did you expect to happen?

The instance will reboot

What actually happened?

I don't think the instance rebooted, but a success message was nevertheless displayed. Changes didn't apply. Had to manually reboot.
