Reproduction

Add an account xyz@somehost.social to a list L.
Migrate xyz@somehost.social to abc@anotherhost.social

What did you expect to happen?

xyz@somehost.social is being replaced by abc@anotherhost.social in list L.

What actually happened?

xyz@somehost.social remains in L. We don't see any new posts from abc@anotherhost.social in L. We must manually remove xyz@somehost.social from L and add abc@anotherhost.social to L.
