The idea

The ability for users to block specific domains.
The current MUTE does not prevent activity from going to the mute domain.
We need BLOCK to prevent all activity for that user from being sent to the blocked domains.

The reasoning

This can be used when a user does not want their activities to go to a specific server (e.g. threads.net).

I have double-checked and have not found this feature request mentioned anywhere.
This feature is related to the Akkoma backend specifically, and not pleroma-fe.
