[feat] Opt in: Merge the Buble TL into Local TL #688

The idea

For small or lonely instances would be interesting having the buble TL show up in the instance local Timeline, so if using other frontend or they could see the bubble posts. Also I think this concept neat. The bubble already is kinda of a local timeline, so would make sense merge it, mainly for people alone in an instance where the local timeline is useless.

The reasoning

Would make apps support bubble timeline out of box
Same for alternative Frontends
Local timeline is useless on small instances

I have double-checked and have not found this feature request mentioned anywhere.

given the sheer complexity of timeline queries, this is unlikely to be feasible

If it is a matter of time I could work my self... I am eager to learn more about activitypub development. then I could submit a PR.

as in, it is very hard work to make the database queries return in a reasonable amount of time - adding another set of conditions to that query may not be a good idea
