Dear Akkoma Gang,
As a certified forklift driver, I would like to suggest that we remove support for Debian 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 in our upcoming release. These distributions do not have support for Elixir 1.14 which is a requirement for some of Akkoma's dependencies, and have been providing outdated versions of Elixir for a while now.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that newer versions of these distributions do provide support for the right version of Elixir, and upgrading to these versions would be a good solution. In order to provide the best user experience and security measures to our customers, I believe it is important to focus on supporting the latest and most secure versions of Elixir. While this may cause some temporary inconvenience, in the long run, it will ensure our software is functioning at peak efficiency.
Thank you for considering my suggestion, and I am happy to discuss this matter further if needed.
Sincerely, XxXCertifiedForkliftDriverXxX.

That these distributions don't have correct versions packaged by default, is being fixed with #559
I also don't think this PR actually fixes the issue it tries to solve. Or at least not in a future-proof way. The current guide mentions Debian/Ubuntu versions, but is not specific to them. If there's a reason to not want these versions in the guide any more, they can just be removed imo. Now you create a new page who is very explicitly for a specific version of Debian. But what when that Debian version gets out-of-date as well? It will just be the same problem as it is now.
A better way to me is to keep the current installation guide, but change the section "This guide will assume you are on..." to be more generic. Do not specify distro version, and maybe add something along the lines that people should check if the correct versions for the dependencies can be installed.
i'm with ilja here, we should probably retain a "debian stable" guide given how popular it is as a server host
i'm gonna go with norm's PR, since we'll almost always have someone trying to install on older debibuntus
