This mostly ports @solidsanek ’s changes + review suggestions from #525 to current docs.
I omitted many comma changes on purpose since they didn’t seem necessary or quite correct, plus some other small tweaks. I likely also missed some more stuff unintentionally, but better than having none of the fixes due to being stuck merge conflict hell for eternity.

This matches the spelling used by the nginx project
(which differs from the spelling used by the NGINX corporation)
This matches the project’s own spelling
And use the project’s preferred spelling when
not referring to specific distro package.

Spelling of RedHat packages was left as is
as I can’t access RedHat’s package repository.
