Merge branch 'main' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md`:
  Removed upstream, while we had a checkbox telling people to check if the
  issue was present upstream. Removed the file as well.
