When new posts on Home timeline are fetched, they're doubled up in other unrelated columns, such as Local timeline, or any pinned hashtags columns:

not really fixed by 2358754bb3 but sorta

now columns won't all udpate, but non-home timelines won't update with anything at all

the way masto does streaming is to combine everything into one single stream which the backend has trouble with
