1d4bbec6b3 Fix User search. 
Now uses a trigram based search. This is a lot faster and gives better
results. Closes #185.

3d714f85a8 Drop the general index on activities. 
Indices should be more specific as the general index can lead to
slower queries because postgres can't estimate the specificity of
jsonb indexes very well.
