Johann150	5636534d03	server: fix user deletes being stuck in queue ... The user was already deleted from the user cache, so requesting the user returned null. For example a blocked instance will cause the respective queue job to be retried. this should of course not happen and instead the job should be dropped. This is trying to correct that.
