I know no use case of the minimal Misskey Client (CLI), if the frontend is broken that should be fixed, it really seems like a contemporary dev "plaything".

The BIOS might have a use to alter localStorage on mobile, where DevTools are not easily accessible, but which normal user would have to alter the local storage ever? If stuff is broken it should be reset completely using /flush (which is linked on the error page already).
