This refactors the client to have one pagination for drive files and folders. The design is overhauled so that folders look more like files. The selection is now seamless between files and folders and also works in "explorer mode" (i.e. when not showing the drive in a file/folder selection dialog.

Kinda refactor and also prerequisite for implementing bulk file operations (#158).

As a convenience when a user is in the "select a folder" dialog,
opens a folder an then clicks on the checkmark, the currently open folder
is selected.
