I've recently migrated from my old Misskey version to current FoundKey and my migrations got stuck on this migration specifically on line 31.

I've since been able to move on by disabling this specific migration, but I think should probably be fixed in the future.

I already came across this issue when mk.catgirlsfor.science was trying to migrate. We tried together to figure out what the hell was going on and we could not figure it out. The workaround at the time was removing the migration after carefully checking it was not necessary on the specific database's values.

Further, we later added the migration back and it ran without issue.
