Moving files into a Drive folder does not refill the currently loaded/visible pages with further items until the last row is empty.

This can happen if files or folders are moved or deleted.

I'm not sure what you mean by "until the last row is empty", since by my understanding the only way the last row can be empty is if the entire page is empty.

Due to the way the streaming API currently works, i.e. sending individual move or delete events, this might result in a lot of API queries for a single item so I don't think it is a good idea to implement this.
