By layout, I mean widget ordering, size and settings; background settings; FE choice and theme; and custom CSS.

It would just involve copying out some of the settings that are stored within the session storage and then reimport the same stuff else where. It would also allow for people to share their layouts with others really easily, like we can currently do with themes.

I often find myself switching between devices quite a lot and I reinstall my laptops all the time depending on my usecase. An option to export and import layout settings whould be amazing instead of spending time each time copying everything over manually. As a few know, I run a 5 column layout for Foundkey and it can take quite some time to replicate all of this over to a new browser or device.
