Adapted from Misskey's install manual, but I also hopefully made the install instructions clearer.

A lot of the stylistic choices and formatting and such are from the misskey install manual but they actively hurt me since I've done actual technical writing.
I think I'm going to try and write my own set of docs from scratch (maybe this sunday? I have a lot to do rn ;-;) and we'll see how things go from there (whichever version ends up being better etc).
