With a large amount of emojis, the picker needs a long time to load, especially when searching for an emoji.

idk what exactly the bottleneck is (i didn't investigate much tbh)

On Misskey 12.112 the performance of the emoji picker is already improved quite a bit. Now looking at their commit history it looks spread across multiple commits so.. yeah. But it has been done
