Some of the modules in the prelude directory don't seem to be used anywhere in the backend code anymore. These seem to date back to before the current code structure was adopted and have since been been replaced or are otherwise unneeded.

backend: add missing return type annotation in array.ts c65559872b

backend: remove unused prelude modules ... 683b0cfa82

Much of these modules are no longer used in the backend. They seem to be
from before the code was organized in packages.
