Finally had time to check out the logs. I don't see anything suspicious in nginx logs either.. well.. when i enable streaming api, logs like these disappear, but i think this is just the old TL…

Well, there is alreade a 'list' feature where you can create lists/timelines which only include specific users. maybe we could use this and follow/filter hashtags?
btw i kinda fixed it. i removed the quarantined_instances config entry.
now the error is gone and also the reason is displayed correctly in my about page ^^
