Unify button styles and use min-width 
This seemed to be the same across multiple components anyway.

Switched to min-width to allow for buttons with longer text, e.g.
from other languages.

This is to enable this workflow:

1. Open conversation in new tab
2. Login
3. Interact with the conversation

We can add this again once we have persistent logins.
