I think it's actually "Automatic" vs "Always" that makes it a bit unclear. Not sure if the line length is that important here. "Automatically approve requests from already followed users" sounds…
[bug] PUT /api/v1/akkoma/preferred_frontend might be broken
This was a bit difficult to track down, but the reason was OpenAPI spec, which had operation id duplicated from another endpoint and indeed was scrubbing unknown parameters from the request.
