* mrf.md
* I also moved ap_extensions.md

Added proper OAuth skipping for SessionAuthenticationPlug. Integrated LegacyAuthenticationPlug into AuthenticationPlug. Adjusted tests & docs.

Fixed OAuth restrictions for :api routes. Made auth info dropped for :api routes if OAuth check was neither performed nor explicitly skipped.
