client: Add LibreTranslate support 
This adds a new "Translation Settings" page to the admin interface where
the admin can configure the instance's translation settings. The
existing settigns for DeepL translation settings will now be located in
that page alongside the new LibreTranslate stuff.

Also made the translation service settings localizable, which funnily
enough was not already the case.

FoundKey

FoundKey is a free and open source microblogging server compatible with ActivityPub. Forked from Misskey, FoundKey improves on maintainability and behaviour, while also bringing in useful features.

See the changelog and roadmap for more on what's changed and future plans.

Documentation

FoundKey's documentation is a work in progress. In the meantime, much of the documentation on the Misskey Hub will also apply to FoundKey.
