we only deal with the incoming html except with misskey
like iunno any instance could already send whatever html it wants and we can't do anything about it except sanitize it removing it when outgoing is gonna do nothing

i've seen a few people use it it allows for some of the mfm things but with a different markup it doesn't have any security vulns i don't see a reason it should be removed really
