**Note:**
Since Foundkey was forked from Misskey recently, there might be some breaking changes we want to make.
For this purpose there will be several pre-release versions of 13.0.0 (e.g. `13.0.0-0.1.0`).
Until major version 13 is released, the below process is not in effect.
