Temporarily log all HTPP requests
...
There are suspiciously many outgoing requests
when there's a spike on local objects being fetched.
Since current logs don't show anything useful,
this will hopefully reveal what's going on

Regresh and extend WIP perf patches
...
This should hopefully fix valid Announces/Likes/etc being dropped
sometimes due to intermittent network errors while resolving the
referenced object.
Additionally this now includes ap_enabled purge, since it proved buggy
and the resulting logs are distracting while screening for issues with
the WIP patches.

This was observed for a like from an IceShrimp.js instance
referencing to an unknown object.
Ideally we’d eliminate the difference in the response, but
the entangled Transmogrifier+Validators(+CommonPipeline)
processing makes this hard to track down.
